References from relatives will NOT be accepted.

Two or more years on lease at current address is sufficient information.

Birchview Apartments requires tenants to meet a minimum monthly income that is equal to 2.75 x Actual Rent Amount (E.G., 2.75 x $1,295 = $3,500 monthly income).

If there is more than one adult living in the unit, then the minimum income requirement can be shared.

You have indicated that you receive income from a source other than employment.

Please use the Drop Down field below to indicate the source of income, and the Amount field to indicate how much you receive monthly. Add as many sources as you would like to be considered for tenant qualification.

You will be asked to supply supporting documents at the end of the application form.

If you have been at your current job for more 6 months and it's your only source of employment income, then that will be sufficient.

If you have been at your current job for less than 6 months, please enter the details for your previous job as well.

Details for employment are limited to 3 entries.

Please upload all pertinent documents related to your application. 

The requested documents are typically related to proof of income and employment, and include the following examples:

• Your Most Recent Check Stub - Required If Currently Employed
• Section 8 HAP
• Child Support
• SSI
• Proof of "Other" Income Source Such as Check Stubs or Bank Accounts
• Employment Verification through "The Work Number" for Certain Large Corporations, i.e., Walgreens, Target, Amazon. We will request this document from you if your employer participates in this service without your knowledge. Employees can obtain this document at no charge.

If you don't have the required documentation you can still submit this online application and supply them at a later date. All requested documents must be received and verified prior to application approval.

Preferred file types are images such as JPEG / PNG , and PDF files.

Images can be captured with your phone and uploaded as you go. If using your phone to upload documents, please take care to make sure camera is directly over each document to ensure legibility.

Terms and Conditions

I understand that I have just completed an application for residency with Birchview Apartments, LLC, and this is NOT an agreement to rent an apartment. I verify that all information submitted is true and correct the best of my knowledge.

I warrant and represent that I am at least 18 years of age and I understand that providing false information may be grounds for denial of my rental application. I also understand that my occupancy is contingent on meeting Birchview Apartments, LLC's resident criteria, which also includes a review of public records.

I understand that the application process will only be completed AFTER the $25 Application Fee is paid.

Upon submission of this form, I also understand that I will be taken to the Applicant Authorization form, where I'll give permission to collect & verify information, and finish the Application form.

If I choose to pay later, I understand this could delay the processing of my application.
